Pricing
We don’t believe that having a set fee for events is fair - we’ll always do our best to work within your budget, so please do get in touch with use and we’ll offer you a tailored quote.
The booking process
We have a straightforward process that works like this:
Contact us to enquire about your booking. We’ll chat it through and answer any questions you have, big or small.
When you’re happy with the details, we’ll send you over a contract outlining the event running order for you to check and confirm.
The date is then secured when you pay the booking fee which is 25% of the agreed total fee.
We’ll email you a month before the event to go over timings, and have a quick call a week before just in case you have any last-minute questions.
On the day, we’ll speak with venue staff and stay in the background until there’s a moment to thank you in person for booking the Soul Strutters!
Services / options
For private events, we can provide:
4-piece (2 or 3, 45-minute sets) - our core band of bass, drums, guitar, keys and vocals
6-piece (2 or 3, 45-minute sets) - our core band plus live brass
Live DJ service
PA and light hire for you to play your own recorded music
Solo cocktail piano (2, 45-minute sets)
Duo sets:
Piano, acoustic guitar and vocals (2, 45-minute sets)
Two acoustic guitars and vocals (2, 45-minute sets)
