The boring bit.

If you need to amend or cancel

All fees will be set out in the Booking Confirmation Email.

The Booking Fee (usually 25% of the total booking cost – unless otherwise agreed) will be due to us immediately upon sending to you the Booking Confirmation Email. The Booking Fee is nonrefundable in any event.

If you wish to cancel the Engagement you must give us written notice.

If you wish to make a change to the date or venue of the performance you must notify us at your earliest opportunity. If we are able to accommodate to the new date or amended venue then we will transfer the Booking Confirmation Fee to the new date/venue.

Please note – The date can only be moved once in terms of transferring the 25% booking fee. If this is a new contract drawn up because of a date already having been moved/postponed, any booking fee cannot be transferred again. If there is no secured alternative date, you forfeit the booking fee.

You acknowledge that the Engagement has been booked for a specific date and Venue as stated on the Booking Confirmation Email. If you wish to make a change to the date or venue of the performance you must notify us at your earliest opportunity. If we are able to accommodate to the new date or amended venue then we will transfer the Booking Confirmation Fee to the new date/ venue.
You will be deemed to have cancelled the Engagement if you require a change to the Engagement Date or Venue and the Act Owner cannot accommodate this change. In this instance the Booking Confirmation fee is retained.

If we need to cancel

In the event of cancellation by the Artist, Artist shall refund the full amount of the booking fee and or any other monies received for payment for this event within five (5) working days to the Hirer.
